We are not the official website of Palazzo Vecchio. We do not operate the attraction, control admission or tours, or manage provider cancellations and refunds.

How to reach us

Email our website team at info@palazzovecchio-tickets.com.

What we can help with

Wrong, unclear or out-of-date information on a page.
Broken links, website accessibility issues or display problems.
Feedback on guides, affiliate links, editorial matters or partnerships.

What we cannot do — and who can

We cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. Use the manage-booking link in your confirmation email or contact the booking platform directly.

We cannot change dates, names or ticket details, reissue tickets, confirm entry, contact an operator for you, or control availability. Your provider account, app, voucher or the attraction’s own contact route is the right place.

Already booked? Start here

Check your confirmation email and booking voucher first. They contain the provider’s booking reference and support route. Bookings made through third-party platforms are governed by those providers’ terms.

How this site makes money

Some outbound booking links may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not make us the official seller or tour operator.

Before you email

Send the page URL and the section or topic involved.
Explain what looks wrong or what you need help finding.
Include a screenshot when useful, plus your device and browser for website issues.

What not to send us

Do not email passwords, full card numbers, security codes or unnecessary identity documents. For payment or booking issues, use the provider’s own support channel.

How we handle corrections

If you report a wrong price, closed entrance or old opening time, we check it against the official source and correct the page when needed. A factual correction is always worth sending.
