Disclaimer & Affiliate Disclosure
This page explains how Palazzo Vecchio Tickets works, including our affiliate links with GetYourGuide. It also explains what we do not control when you plan or book a visit.
Last updated · October 2026
Palazzo Vecchio Tickets is an independent travel guide for visitors planning tickets and tours in Florence. We are not the official website of Palazzo Vecchio, and we do not operate the attraction or its tours.
How affiliate links work
Some links on this site take you to GetYourGuide booking pages. These outbound links include our partner tracking code, PYVZALU.
If you complete a booking through one of those links, GetYourGuide may pay us a commission. You pay the same price either way.
- We may earn a commission after an eligible completed booking.
- The commission helps support this guide and its updates.
- Using an affiliate link does not change your booking terms.
Who handles your booking
We do not sell tickets, take payment, hold bookings, or issue confirmations. Your purchase is made with GetYourGuide or another provider shown on the booking page.
That provider handles booking changes, cancellations, refunds, payment questions, and booking support. Use the contact details or manage-booking link in your confirmation email for help with an existing booking.
Check details before you book
Prices, availability, opening times, routes, access rules, meeting points, and inclusions can change. The booking page is the current information for the option you choose.
Read the product description and terms before payment. Check what is included, any timed-entry details, and the cancellation conditions that apply to your booking.
Our guide content
We aim to keep our pages useful and accurate. Information can become out of date, and visit arrangements may change without notice.
Our pages are general planning information. They do not replace the booking provider’s terms, which govern any purchase.
